Susan Goldsberry

Instructional Coach

Susan Goldsberry

Susan Goldsberry

Instructional Coach

I’m Susan Goldsberry and I’m a Coach! No, not the kind of coach that helps basketball players, or football players, but I am the kind that helps teachers! I get to come to Quest every day and work with all of our amazing teachers as they set learning goals and create lessons to help the students of Quest achieve mastery! I am so excited for this new adventure!
If you ever have a question about how to help your students, or would just like to chat, please feel free to drop by my office in the Mac Lab. You’re always welcome!
Before becoming a coach, I taught in Weber School District for 30 years. Most of those years were teaching 3rd grade, which is truly my favorite grade! I also taught first and fifth grades and enjoyed those also. After “retiring”, I came to Quest and taught 4 years, again in 3rd grade. I don’t think there’s anything better than being able to be with kids all day long and feel the energy and excitement they give to everyone around them. I will miss having my own class, but with my new endeavors, I’ll be in lots of classrooms learning about all the students and teachers at Quest.
When I’m not hanging out at Quest, you can find me with my hubby, 7 adorable kids, new daughter in law and sweet 2-year-old granddaughter (Who is a busy but an amazing joy in my life. If you’d like to see pictures, just ask, I’ll show them to you!) I love Utah State University and I am a true Aggie. I plan on going to many of their football games this year (Mr. Michael is working for them). You can always find me busy doing something like reading, quilting, sewing, creating data sheets and all this while hanging out with my family!
Quest really is the BEST place to be and I’m thrilled to be a part of it!

Becca Ingersoll

Librarian

Becca Ingersoll

Becca Ingersoll

Librarian

My name is Becca Ingersoll, and I am Quest Academy's Library Media Specialist. Obviously, I LOVE BOOKS!!! I grew up in Cache Valley in a family full of teachers and went to college at Utah State University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in English Secondary Education and my endorsement in School Library Media Administration. Before coming to Quest Academy, I taught Jr. High English and was the Librarian at charter schools in Logan, West Jordan, and Magna. I enjoyed many parts of being a classroom teacher; however, my heart has always been in the library. After teaching for five years, I moved to only working in Quest's library. One of my favorite things is seeing students' faces light up as they talk about books they enjoy! It's even better when you're the person who recommended the books in the first place.

I have been married to my college sweetheart, Josh, for 12 years. Our only "kids" for a long time were our two cats, Izzi and Jo. However, in January 2017, we were blessed with our adorable twin boys! Their names are Lincoln Dean and Logan Atticus, and they are precious. They decided to make a grand entrance into the world by coming almost four months before their due date! They were in the NICU for a long time, but they've been keeping us busy at home for quite awhile now. We call them our miracle babies.

In addition to spending time with my family and reading, I enjoy a plethora of different activities. I've always loved crafting. In particular, I like papercrafting these days. My husband and I also adore traveling. Before our boys came along, we had the pleasure of traveling to Mexico, the Grand Caymans, Jamaica, Thailand, and several places in the United States. We're looking forward to our twins being a little older so traveling will become a little easier again. We don't want them to grow up too quickly, though! I also love eating great food; watching plays, musicals, and movies; going on nature walks; singing; acting; binge-watching TV series; and napping.
