Biography

Emily Willmore

6th ELA

Hello! My name is Emily Willmore, and I am excited to be a sixth-grade teacher. This is my fourth year of teaching, and I truly love helping students grow as learners and individuals.

I earned my bachelor's degree in English from Utah State University and my master's degree in Reading and Literacy Interventions from the University of Utah. I am passionate about helping students build confidence in their reading and writing skills while encouraging them to think critically and discover new ideas on their own. One of my favorite parts of teaching is seeing the excitement on students' faces when they make connections and achieve something they didn't think was possible."

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, playing the piano, spending time with my family, and exploring the outdoors. I look forward to a wonderful year of learning, growing, and making great memories together!
