Completion and submission of an enrollment application does not guarantee admission to, or constitute enrollment in, Quest Academy. Your application is subject to approval and selection guidelines set forth by the Quest Academy School Board, which may include a lottery selection process.
The chance of being accepted in the lottery cannot be determined due to the number of students applying each day for a limited number of openings in the school as students move out. Quest Academy may enroll 1,048 students grades K-9. Grades K-6 may have approximately 100 students per grade and grades 7-9 may have approximately 116 per grade.
Quest Academy runs enrollment lotteries on a regular basis. If your student is selected for enrollment, you will be notified via e-mail at the address you listed on the enrollment form. If your student is not selected, you will not receive an e-mail notification. It is not necessary to re-submit a new form for each lottery within the same school year. Students who are not selected for enrollment will automatically be re-entered into the next lottery.
How will I be notified?
Families will be notified via email of their child’s acceptance into the school through the computerized lottery program. Families selected will be notified of the next steps in the registration process and what timeline they will need to follow.
Intent to Return / Re-enrollment
Current QA students will need to indicate their intent to return by registering for the next school year and completing an Annual Policies Acknowledgment.
Please keep in mind if you previously enrolled for the current school year and your child was not selected through the lottery program, you will need to re-enroll in the database for the next school year. Students not chosen through the lottery program will NOT be “rolled over” to the next school year.
Siblings
Siblings of current QA students attending other schools will receive first preference for any openings in the school. Every effort will be made to accept all siblings in an individual family, but this may not be possible due to caps on class sizes.
Please contact Stephanie Wray at the front office if you have any questions regarding Open Enrollment.
