Hi! My name is Trystal Peay. I was born in Montana and moved around a lot while growing up. I moved to Utah when I was in Jr. high and have been here ever since. I married my high school sweetheart and have been married for 27 years. We currently live in Clinton. I have 4 amazing kids who have all attended Quest over the years.
In my free time I spend a-lot of time with my family and our close friends. I love playing card games and being outside in the sunshine. I love beef jerky, anything with peanut butter and of course, chocolate ice cream. My favorite animal is a turtle. I love reading, painting and puzzles. I love learning about things in history, which is also why I love all things patriotic. I also love being a part of the Utah Girls State program during the summer.
I am excited to be teaching 6th grade this year at Quest Academy. I have loved 4th grade all these years but am ready for a change. I have had the privilege of being a part of Quest in many different capacities, from starting with POQA to substitute teaching to a teacher assistant and Sped and then finally to a licensed teacher.
I love being a teacher. I love helping students realize their potential even when learning gets hard. I want every student who leaves my class to truly believe in themselves, and that they can go out and make a difference in the world just by being the best version of themselves.
